To be eligible for Apprenticeship funding, students must:
1. Not currently be studying other state-funded qualifications.
2. Have a contract of employment.
3. Have resided in the European Union for the last three years.
Candidates with degree-level qualifications that were previously ineligible for an Apprenticeship are now eligible under the new funding rules.
