Junior estate agent level 2

The Junior Estate Agent Level 2 apprenticeship is for the new entrants to the property sector with the skills needed to support a busy estate agent. Learners will develop their knowledge in core areas such as valuing a property, legal compliance requirements, planning, and construction defects.

Property maintenance operative Level 2

The primary role of a Property Maintenance Operative is to optimise property condition and quality and to ensure the building is kept in a safe working condition. Property Maintenance Operatives need to maintain a high level of quality, providing maximum satisfaction to customers, clients, guests, and team.
